Thank you all for a successful statewide, OCPIM 2022 Infant Mortality Summit — Mobilizing Communities, Keeping Ohio Babies Safe, December 2-3, 2022. It was amazing with outstanding participation from within Ohio and from other states, great speakers, and a full update on the state of infant mortality in Ohio. We couldn’t ask for better results.

Hosting a conference during these uncertain times is challenging. As much as we wanted to resume our normal in-person summit at a single location as we did in the past, we didn’t want to risk cancellation due to surging COVID-19 or any other virus cases. So, we embraced the “new normal,” and created a hybrid event that gave us the best of both worlds – virtual and in-person. And we learned a lot in the process – that OCPIM is strong both regionally and across Ohio. Turnout at most of our regional locations was above our expectations, and we appreciate your support!
